At the pony racing inquiry, one trainer alleged that the trainers, bookmakers and joe key j were afraid to give evidence because they had been victimised in the past anti were afraid that they would be so again. He did not think it was the jockeys’ ring which engineered a race. Ho' thought that the reported eloping of liotsea was a myth.
