The “Daily Express” soys that it’ is definitely stated that the Royal Dutch oil combine is negotiating for the purchase of the British Government’s holding in the Anglo-Persian Oil Company It is understood that if the deal is effected it will entail a cash payment j of twelve millions sterling.
