COURT OF APPEAL.
Pur Press Association. WELLINGTON, October 29. The Court of Appeal refused leave to appeal against the sentence in the case of the King v. the following prisoners:—George King. John Finnigan, Thomas Brown, William Ellis, James Henry Williams. In the case of the King v. Albert Ernest Harris, the Court will hear argument on the application for leave to appeal this afternoon.
