ROAD RACE AT COALGATE. A twenty-five-mile road race was run off at Coalgate to-day. The course was a circular one. the riders traversing it three titmes. The race resulted:— VT. Wills l Mitchell - . . . .2 W. E. Charles . . . .3 J. Redman . .4 W. Leathern, fastest- time. F. Carey, 6econd fastest time. The winner's time was 1 hour ?min. Leathern's time was 1 hour Omin 9lkiaec. Carey made the second fastest time and fastest time under eighteen.
