A message from San Diego, Calk fornia, states that Captain Smith and Lieutenant Richter, of the United States Army, flew over Tia Juana for twelve hours thirteen minutes after a 12SQ miles non-stop flight from the Canadian to the Mexican borders. They replenished their fuel three times. The flight was a part of the practice for the Pacific to the Atlantic nonstop journey shortly to be. attempted.
