COLLEGE DANCE.

Last evening the students of Canterbury College held their Relaxation Ball, and seldom lias the hall been a more gay and happy meeting ground for the younger set. The hall, which was used entirely for dancing, was decorated with pink and blue streamers, ■which wore suspended from the ceiling and brought to the Avails, forming a huge bell. The stage, which was made into a Imnnge, was decorated with palms, and the supper room and tables, with their decorations of rhododendrons. made a pleasing background for the many pretty frocks. The committee. Misses J. Baker and AY. Wilkinson and Messrs 1). T. Okey, K. Stent ami A. Tt. Dunlop (secretary), are to be congratulated on the organisation of such a successful function. Their arrangements Avere admirable and no time or patience bad been spared to make the evening one of cnjovmeiil and pleasure to all. Amongst those present Averc : - Mrs T. G. R.
