ALLEGED DRUG VICTIM.
CHARGE OF FORGERY. Per Press Association. DUNEDIN, October 25. A man, whose name iin the meantime has been suppressed, aged twentyseven, was charged -at the Police Court with forging a. prescription in the name of Dr. O’Neill and obtaining heroin. The police stated that accused had tbo drug habit, and was at tbo stage of taking very heavy quantities. Ho was in such a. condition this morning that the doctor had ordered hospital treatment. He was remanded for a week.
