OFFICERS LOYAL.
GREEK FORCES PREPARE. Australian anti N.Z. Cable Association. LONDON, October 23. The Athens correspondent of the Exchange Agency says: -“All officers hero have, declared themselves loyal to tne Government. The fleet is also loyal. “ Colonel Plastiras and other officers have been sitting in Cabinet Council since morning. Detachments of infantry and cavalry, with armoured cars, have left for an ~ unrevealed destination to counter the revolutionary forces--4i It is reported that a. number of newspapers which published the revolutionary proclamation had been confiscated."
