ALBANIANS ALLEGEDLY RESPONSIBLE.

The Greek reply asserts that there is a. general conviction that the crime in Janina was committed by Albanian assasins whom it is impossible to apprehend in view' of the proximity of Albanian territory. The reply complains that the penalty is excessive and urges the Conference to submit its decision to the International Court of Justice at the Hague.
