RUGBY HEADQUARTERS.
MOVE TO OTHER CENTRES ADVOCATED. (Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, May 8. During a discussion on the report of delegates to the annual meeting of the New Zealand Rugby Union, Mr Nelson, a member of the Otagq Union’s Management Committee, said he thought there would he no great hardship if the head office of the union \'ere shifted for a year or two, oven if it went back to Wellington eventually. He thought that the day was coming when there would be two unions, one in the North Island, and cue in the South Island. Mr Harris: “ I hope not.” Mr Nelson said that he did not think that the time, was far distant when such ai. arrangement would be come to. He did not think that it would make much difference to the game provided two unions could see their way to appoint a board to run international matches.
