At the hearing of the conspiracy case, a witness who had turned King’s evidence alleged that three well-known members of the Zaghloulisfc executive, El Basel Bey, Abd E] Nur Bey, and Sheikh Khayyati, had paid for the Cairo murders. Abd El Nur Bey and Sheikh Khayyati are already under detention for connection with the manifesto preceding the last bombing outrage at> tho barracks.
