The Duke of Sutherland, speaking at Woking, said: “I have been engaged in the Air Ministry on a scheme for running an air service to India in seventy-two hour*. That may seem an impossibility at the present moment, but I. think it will come before long. We are also discussing the possibility of light aeroplanes. Soon the people will be able to go for a week-end in a machine costing £BO or from the createst fool can fall and not hurt himself.”
