THE CHESTER CONCESSION.
By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Reuter's Telegrams. (Received May 1, 1.30 p.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, April 30. Colonel Kennedy, representing Admiral Chester, and Fevzi Bey, Turkish Commissar of Public Works, have signed a convention embodying the Chester concessions at Angora.
