Heaw rain continues in the coastal ■lLtricts, with torrential falls on the northern littoral. The rivers are commencing to flood, and railway traffic is impeded. THE COASTAL DISTRICTS. SYDNEY. April 29. The weather has improved in the Northern Coast districts, and serious flooding is unlikely. Some places have registered over twenty inches of rain for the present month.
