PASSED IN AT £13,000. At their Jam! sale rooms this morning Messrs Pyne, Gould, Guinness Ltd acting under instructions from the executors of the late Messrs T. J. Maling and George Harris, offered for sale by public auction the property on the corner of Manchester and Worcester Streets immediately opposite Trinity Congregational Church. The property has a frontage of 68 feet on Manchester Street and 44 feet on Worcester Street, and there is a three-storev brick building on it. The highest bid obtained was £13,000 and at this figure the property was passed in.
