Maling and George Harris, offered for sale by public auction the property on the corner of Manchester and Worcester Streets immediately opposite Trinity Congregational Church. The property has a frontage of 68 feet on Manchester Street and 44 feet on Worcester Street, and there is a three-storev brick building on it. The highest bid obtained was £13,000 and at this figure the property was passed in.
