WESTMINSTER GLEE SINGERS.

A TALENTED COMPANY. The company of vocalists known as the Westminster Gle© Singers will give a final concert in the Choral Hall this evening. It may safely be said that the combination is one of the best that has visited the Dominion. Each singer is an artist, and both the concerted and solo numbers reach a verv high standard of merit. Th e principal feature is the concerted singing, which is as nearly as possible perfect in tone and expression. Th e choice of glees, madrigals part songs and choruses is excellent, and audiences are pleasantly introduced to much of the best of English vocal music. The solo numbers also are very fine. In Mr Alfred Cunningham (baritone), Mr .John Andrews (bass), Mr Donald Reid (male alto), and Mr Ellis Vizard (tenor) the company possesses a remarkable quartette of singers, and each one is an acceptable entertainer. The boys have frseh and bright soprano voices, and they are delightful in both solo and concerted work. The concerts are undoubtedly well worth attending, and the final opportunity this evening should not he lost. The company will appear at Rangiora on Monday. Kaiapoi on Tuesday. and Lyttelton oji Wednesday.
