Messrs T. A. Blackley and R. Galbraith, representatives of Ashburton County and Ashburton Borough on the Lyttelton Harbour Board, were today re-elected unopposed. The Hon G. J- Anderson received a deputation this afternoon from the Otago Harbour Board and fishermen. The Hon W. Fraser, Sir Francis Dillon Bell and Sir Heaton Rhodes will reach Dunedin to-night. The Hon C. J- Parr will return to Dunedin to-night from Gore and will meet the Otago Education Board in conference to-morrow, and also receive deputations.
