ARRESTS BY FRENCH.
STINNES TEMPORARILY HELD. By Telegraph—Prep* Association—Copyright Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received April 11, 10.40 a.m.) BERLIN, April 10. The French arrested Herr Stilines and his wife on a train at Seharuhorst, cr. route to the Ruhr. They were released after being interrogated and were allowed to continue their journey. Herr Hamm, Secretary of State, was arrested in Essen, where he intended speaking at the funeral of the Krupp victims. The ox-Ministers Giesehrts and Stigerwalil were also arrested. All v ere released after the ceremony.
