(Received April 11, 10.5 a.m.) ■WASHINGTON, April 10. 1‘ urther steps in the Administration’s progress towards a A\ orld Court were made to-day when the State -Department issued a statement answering the criticism that the six rotes of Britain’s Dominions would cause unfair discrimination against the United States in the elections of judges. The State Department points out that the United. States would be represented on the League of Nations Council where Britain has only one vote, and that on the Council of the Assembly would have equal power in the election of judgesTins, in Mr Hughes’s opinion, removes all danger of discrimination.
