WELINGTON BUSINESS MEN FINED. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON. March 9. For unlawfully professing to carry on business under the patronage of the Governor-General. .James Bell, a tailor, and Robert Martin, a colour merchant, were fined forty shillings, and Herbert Sta-nbridge. a fruiterer, twenty shillings, at the Court to-day.
