DISASTER FEARED.
MAIL TRAIN MISSING. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received January 17, 12.50 p.m.) DELHI. January 16. It is feared tliat a grave disaster has overtaken a mail train on the run to Colombo from Jaena. A section of the northern area is seriously flooded and it is rumoured that the train, with seventeen passengers, has completely disappeared. There is no authentic information available.
