According to the Helsingfors correspondent of the newspaper “ Berliner Tidende,” a message from Moscow >tates that 500,000 persons in South Russia have begun to move to Central Russia. Already many have died of fatigue and hunger. Jt is understood that the Government has despatched troops to turn the people back.
