DOMINION TOURNAMENT. (Per P a Y;cKUAXD. January 11. Tho Dominion bowling tournament continued to-day in fine weather and on perfect- greens. The best game of the day was between Maxwell Walker (Ponsonby) and G. Crowley (Tauranea). The latter, a young player, gave n good exhibition playTn°^ e at eX the ri t?p C of h^form.’ Home ’ took place when lord and Lady Jellicoe were present. Tho Governor, as patron, was presented with the association's gold badge. Five rounds in the singles were plnved t.o-dav. making ten in all. Maxwell Walker. Ponsonby. won all ten. The following have one loss:—Jury (Ponsonby). Pilkington Hamilton . Brookfield (St Hcliers), Clarke (Rocky Nook). The semi-finals and finals will be played later.
