Fighting has died down, but insurgents in Fergana are still active, rallying iound Ibrahim Rev. the forn:e: Go-, rnor of Sherabad. who took refuge i:i Afghanistan at the outbreak «.l the Bokharan revolution. The reports are based on the assumption that Enver Pasha is dead, since they hail Ibrahim as his successor.
