A thief, by means of a clever 1 use, secured £149. the week-end takings of a butcher’s shop at Annaudale. He entered the shop during the temporary absence of the proprietor, asked the employee in charge for two sets - f brains and when ho entered the refrigerating chamber to get them: the thief slammed and locked the door, seized the money, which was in a hagin the till, and decamped.
