WEDDING.
JENKINS—POUSEN. On Wednesday of last week, St Mary’s Church, Addington, was the scene of a very pretty wedding, when Myrtle, eldest daughter of Mr and Mrs A\. Jenkins, Redruth Avenue, Sprevdon, was married to Mr Charles Poulsen, of Styx. Canon AY. S. Bean officiated. The bride, who entered the church on the arm of her father, was gowned in champagne crepe de chine, beautifully hand embroidered. The veil, which had been worn by her mother on her wedding day, was arranged in mob cap stylo, having' a quaint little brim of Maltese lace. She carried a shower bouquet of choice hohouse flowers. The two bridesmaids Misses Olive Jenkins and Ida Poulsen wore kingfisher blue and pale blue respectively. The former wore heavy erepe de chine embroidered in silver with hat of silver lace and the latter wore pale blue silk with black hat both carrying shower bouquets. Master Norman Jenkins and Miss Emma Poulsen acted as page and flower -girl Mr Polkington and Mr Frank Jenkins *ie compamed the bridegroom as best man and groomsman. After the ceremony the bride’s parents entertained the guests at their residence. Mrs Jen kins wore brown crepe de chine embroidered in gold, with brown and gold brocaded hat to match, and carried a beautiful bouquet of violet and mauve anemones. During the afternoon the opportunity was taken of extending congratulations to Mr and Mrs Jenkins on the occasion of their silver wedding Mr and Mrs Poulsen left later on the honeymoon trip, the travelling costume being saxe blue velour cloth and mustard tagel hat.
