The Crown Brewery team fired two friendly matches last week. The first was against Cashmere, which won by 7 points, the scores being: Crown Brewery—Davison 35. Dockery 34. Heinplemau 34, Pinun Si, Warren 34. Craig 33. M’Masters 32,, Mcares 32; total 265. Cashmere—Gabb 31. M'Elroy 33, Diack 33. Hogarth 33, Neill 32, Newton 32, Ilunsley 32, Walker 32; total 261. In the New Brighton match Crown Brewery was victorious by three points, the scores being:— Crown Brewery—Pimm 35. Davison 34, French 34, Evans 33 Batt 33, Homplemau 33, Edwards 33, Brizley 32, Dockery 32, SharmaiK 32: total 831. New BrightonSavage 34, Buschl 34, Tims 3-1, Lilley 33, Curtis 33, Hawker 33. Cooke 33, Munns 32, Bisley 31, Fantbam 31: total 328.
