About ninety by-law cases are set down for hearing at the Magistrate’s 'Court on Friday. Sub-Inspector J. K | Simpson said last evening that most , of the charges were against cyclists who had been caught without lights. There were odd eases of a more serious oliar- ’ actor, such as speeding, to bo dealt with.
