In the Art Gallery on Wednesday next a social, at which euchre and dancing will be the chief features, will be held in aid of Lewisham Hospital building fund. The committee responsible for the function had arranged an excellent programme of dances interspersed with songs. Supper was served in the dining-room, while the dancers made use of the large sittingroom, where coloured lights and festoons of flowers and leaves made a charming effect.
