CHRISTCHURCH CLUB. The annual meeting of the Christchurch Bowling Club was held on Wednesday. Mi W. S. Newburgh presided over an attendance of thirty members. The annual report stated that the pas season had been a very successful one. Congratulations were tendei*ed to Dr A. C. Sandstou upon his success in winning the coveted Maddison Trophy. Votes of thanks were passed to Mr G. A. Mazey. the green superintendant, the green-keeper and officials for services rendered during the past year. The following officers were elected for the ensuing year;—President. Mr F. C. B. Bishop; vice-presidents, Drs J. C. Pairman and L. S. Manning; secretary. Mr C. I). Hardie; treasurer, Mr C. J. Atkinson; directors, Dr Orchard, Messrs Geo. Wright, Geo. Smith and W. S. bon auditor, Mr T. Newburgh; sports committee, Messrs W. Helliwell, C. D. Hardie and Geo. Lewis; delegate to centre, Mr A. Dickson; sole selector, Dr A. C. Sandston. Prizes were presented by the incoming president, Mr F. C. B. Bishop, as follows: Champion rinks, Messrs S. Barnett, C. T. Morrison, C. Mazey and C. Piper (skip); champion doubles, Messrs J. Itodgers. W. Frazer (skip); champion singles, Dr A. C. Sandston (Maddison Trophy); nelliwell Cup. Mr Geo. W. C. Smithson; Junior Cup, Mr J. Rodgers. Progressive doubles. Anniversary Day—Skip prize, Mr I. Woolf; lead prize. Mr C. J. A tkinson; January 2 Skip prize. Dr A. C. Sandston; lead, Mr C. A. Fusssll; January 3—Skip prize. Mr E. F.
