[Per Prim Association. ] AUCKLAND, May 18. At the Supreme Court, Richards Carly sle, for forgery and false pretences , was ordered to come up for sentence if called, conditionally on his remaining in the Salvation Army Home for a period and abstaining from drink. He had long service in the army- William Nathaniel Pamplin, for assaulting a constable, was discharged, having been in custody for two months His Honor said that accused while under the influence of liquor had resisted ajrest, as a man in his condition would.
