TENNIS.
RANGIORA CLUB. The annual meeting of tho tennis section of the Rangiora Bowling, Tennis and Croquet Club wae held on Monday evening. There was a good attendance, Mr W. E. Barton presiding. A motion of sympatliv with Mr I'. B. Glasgow and family in his recent serious accident was passed. The annual report showed that the seasons play had been both successful and enjoyable. Officers were elected as follow: Chairman. Mr H. C. D. van Asch, who was also appointed secretary, with power to appoint an assistant; committee. Mrs G. J. Leech, Misses N Sorrell, F. Webber, G. Greig and I>. Webber. Messrs W. Allison, It. | Gallagher. T. Sha.nklaml, G. Leahy and W. ! Hume; delegates to the General Commit tee. Messrs van Asch and Allison; nomin ated for election to the committee, Messrs L. Wilson and T. Hhatikland; Selection Committee. Mrs (3. 3. Bell and Messrs W. Allison and W. Barton.
