The ‘ ‘ Petit J ournal " has received a ! cablegram confirming the burial of Madame Heon in Montreal. When Landru was informed he said: “They will all be found l on© day." (A message received yesterday stated that tho “ Petit Journal " had received from Montreal a letter from a.Frenchman who declared that he had been informed reliably tli at Madame Heon, one of Landru's alleged l victims, was buried' in Montreal a few months ago. When th© letter was shown 1o Landru’s counsel, th© latter replied: “ I shall be mystified to the last. When T last saw Landru in his ©ell, I implored him to hid© no tiling from me. Landru replied: ‘Very well; I will confess absolutely everything. Sit down and listen. I took eleven women and bhrat them with a lighted candle, which did its work well. 1 "
