The employees cf Frank A. Cook, Ltd., met last night and decided to form a cricket club with the object of playing friendly matches for the remainder of the season and possibly entering in the City and Suburban Competition next year. \T ■■ D. Main was elected president, Mr Turner secretary and Mr D. M’Kenrie club captain.

In the match between the second elevens of New South IVales and Victoria, Wordfull, for the latter, played a not out innings for 227. (The flret match between the second elevens, played at Syduey late in December, was won by Victoria by an innings and 64 runs. The soores were—Victoria 983, New South Wales 120 and 109.)
