COTTON CLOTHES.
INCREASED PRICES IN BRITAIN. By Telegraph—Press Association— Copyright. Reuter’s Telegrams. (Received November 2. 8.40 a.m.) LONDON, October 31. Reports have been recently circulated by observers of the markets that textile prices, particularly cotton, had reached the bottom level, and they have been also foreshadowing a firming tendency. These are supported by the revised price list issued by Horrockses showing a 10 pr cent increase for cotton clothes compared with prices at August 1.
