Tho iC .Morning: Post ” concludes a series of articles on re-settlement of the Empire by publishing a symposium of financiers’ opinions. The manager of tho Australian Bank of Commerce thinks that group settlement is most advisable, and would be best under Government control. The Royal Bank manager agreed that re-settlemejat was desirable, but declined to discuss methods or governing considerations largely political. The manager of the National Bank of New Zealand said that transfer should be effected gradually. He did not expect that business men would provide much money.
