OPENING DAYS TO-MORROW Although rain has softened bowling greens and grass tennis courts considerably, the bowling clubs will almost all be in full swing to-morrow as far as friendly matches are concerned. Tlie Beckenham Club, however, has again postponed its opening day until October 22. The opening of the United Bowling. Tennis and Croquet Club, postponed from last Saturday, will take place tomorrow'at 2.15 p.m., but no tennis will be played before Saturday. October 22. The Linwood Bowling «fhd Croquet Club will open the season at 2.15 p.m. to-morrow. The Avonside, Addington and St Andrews’ lawn tennis clubs till also hold their opening day to-morfbw.
