Monday, October 10—National Mortgage and Agency Company v. Parker, common jury of twelve, 10.30 a.m. Tuesday, October 11—Jones v. Baker, common jury of twelve, 10.30 Wednesday. October 12—Tattle v. Black and others, common jury of twelve, 10.30 a.m,, and Canterbury College, v. Thompson and others, Judge alone. Thursday, October 13—John Swinson and Co. v. Crystal Palace, Ltd. 10.30 a.m.. .Judge alone. Friday, October 11 - His Majesty the King v. Stewart, 10.30 a.m., Judge alone. Monday, October 17— Woods Bros. v. his Majesty the King, 10.30 a.m. Tlie Court will observe a holiday on October 24, Labour Day, and the Tiinaru sittings will be opened on October
