PROPERTY SALES. During the week Messrs H G. Livingstone and Co. 6old on tveha.lt of the trustees in the estate of the Late H. C. Godfrey, the two-storey residence of nine rooms, together with section of over a.n acre of land, situated at the corner of Garden Rond and Paynder Avenue, Fendalton, to Colonel J. Murphy. Alho on account of Mr H. P. Hopkins, his bungalow property and half nn acre situated No. 28, Stratford Street, Fendalton, to Mrs F. E. .Sluis; and on account Colonel J. Murphy his fine bungalow property and section situated Wroitor. Terrace, Fendalton, to a client. On account Mr G. H. Maxwell, bis house and section situated Henley Street, St Albans, to Mr W. Row. Very satisfactory prices were obtained in each sale. TO-DAY’S POULTRY MARKET. Messrs J. B. Mcrrett and Co. report e larere entry of poultry to-day for the Grand National sale. There was a■ good demand for p-rime quality birds, which realised good prices. Table chickens brought 6s 6d to 35s 3d. bens 3a 6d to 10s 9d, pullets 6a fid to 16s 9d, ducks 7s to 13s 3d, geese 8a 6d to 12a, turkey gobblers 24s to 68a, turkey hens 13s 6d to 27s 9d, all per pair. THE EGG MARKET. Ef*<?s continue to come forward in ample quantities for local reauirements. Canterburv Egg Circle first grades are realising Is Bd, seconds Is 6d per dozen.
