MONEY REFUSED.
TO THE EDITOJt Sir,—Can you tell me why a suburban post office will not accept payment of telephone call due 3 after 4 p.m.? Tbio office is open until 5 p.m., and the staff has little work to do, but at p.m. Bharp it Bhuts down on the receipt, of money. Surely this is civil servioism run mad.—l am, eto., SUBURBANITE.
