A Press Association telegram from Wellington states that a vacancy on the Picture Censorship Appeal Board caused by the death of Mrs A. R. Atkinson lias been filled by the appointment of Mrs K. Preston, a lady who has been prominently connected with the work of various women’s societies. The board now comprises Mesdanies Righton and Preston and Mr H. M. Gore.
