THE SOUTHLAND WATCH. RAIN FALLING. (Pep. Press Association.) INVERCARGILL, August 5. Thousands of people assembled to greet tho Springboks, who arrived by the late express last night. The visitors were accorded a civic reception today. Rain is now falling, and tho ground will probably be heavy fpr the game on Saturday afternoon.
