GRECO-TURKISH WAR.
CREEK COMMUNICATIONS SUSPECTED.

The latest alleges that Britain notified Athens that no objection would be raised against Greek aims, even to the occupation of Constantinople. It is alleged that this communication was handed to tho Greek Foreign Minister through the British Minister, Earl Granville. In a telegram to Air Lloyd George this is officially repudiated. Or. the contrary Britain and France intimated to the Government that they were entirely opposed jbo the present Greek scheme. VINDICTIVENESS OF KEMALISTS. United Service. LONDON, August 3. The “ Daily Mail’s ** Constantinople correspondent reports that the Kemalists out of resentment at their reverses. are executing captured Greek soldiers if they are found to be Turkish subjects. Twenty-eight captives v. ho were natives of Smyrna, Adrianople and Broussa were hanged after trial.
