Cost of living figures were given by his Honor Mr Justice Frazer in the Arbitration Court to-dav. He said that in December, 1920, the cost of food was just a shade under 70 per cent above pre-war cost. "Last month it was about 68 per cent. That covered everything in the food line. Clothing, of course, had come down very considerably.
