THE LATE MR T. D. BOAG.

The funeral of the late Air T. D. Boag took place this morning at the Addington Cemetery, leaving liis home, “ Elrnshcilm,” Webb’s Road, Bryndwyr, at 10.30 a.m. There was a very largo attendance of mourners, including representatives of the various local bodies on which Air Boag had served. Members of the Lyttelton Harbour Board, Canterbury A. and P. Association, and Christchurch Tramway Board attended in a body. The hearse was covered with wreaths. The service was conducted by the Rev Norman Webster, of St Andrew’s Presbyterian Church, of which Mr Boag was a member of long standing. Reference to Air Boag’s services as a member of the) Harbour Board, since February, 1909, was made to-dav by the chairman (Mr J. Storry), who referred to the loss to the community caused by his death. It was resolved to send a letter of sympathy to his widow and son.
