The hearing of the case in which Francis Cotter and Ethel Berryman (Mr C. S. Thomas) claimed frosp Fred Risb.y Smith (Mr Twyneham) £SO general damages and an injunction for the removal of a workshop which was alleged to create a- nuisance in a residential area, was continued tp-day. An adjournment was made to enable his Honor Mr Justice Herdman to inspect the building and neighbourhood.
