When the question of speeding through the borough was discussed at the meeting of the Wools ton Borough Council last night Councillor M’Rae said : “ If one of those motor hogs ran down a youngster I would not think twice about shooting him ; anyhow. T (wouldn’t mind spreading tacks ort the toad.”
