TRAIN WAGGONS DERAILED
TRAFFIC HELD UP. [Per Press Association.] ASHBURTON, March 3. Nin© waggons on the AshburtonTimaru early slow train were derailed south of Winslow this morning, holding up all the traffic on the main line for four hours. The first express got through from Winslow southward at noon, an hour and a quarter late. All slow trains are hours behind schedule.
