STEVEDORES IGNORED. [P*r Press Association.! AUCKLAND, March 3. A new phase of the waterside dispute developed to-day, when negotiations were begun between the captain of the Cape Premier, a collier from Durban, and the union to have the coal discharged by unionists, without supervision by stevedores. 'Hie union agreed, it being understood that the Harbour Board cranes and railway trucks were available, but a difficulty has arisen over additional gear, including baskets and shovels, which are tho property of the stevedores. The watersiders expect to overcome the difficultv and begin unloading the vessel to-morrow morning.
