EFFICIENCY COMMISSION,
TRIBUTE TO MR FROSTICK. Complimentary references were made at the quarterly meeting of the Canterbury Chamber of Commerce last, night to All- J. A. Frostick s services
during the war as a member of the National Efficiency Board. Mr J. R. Hayward moved that a motion should be. passed expressing appreciation of Mr Frostick’s efforts. He said that gentleman had done great work for the city of Christchurch. Air E. H. AYyles, who seconded the motion, said that the whole of New Zealand was indebted to Air Frostick. The motion was carried with applause. Mr Frostick, in reply, said that many of the board’s recommendations were never carried out, but now were coming up from Alinisters and in other ways.
